At Favour The Brave First Aid, we believe bravery is not just about charging into the unknown, but about being prepared and stepping up when it matters most. We deliver expert, accredited first aid training to empower individuals, schools, businesses, and communities with the skills and confidence needed to act in emergencies.
Course Outline
We deliver regulated, OFQUAL-accredited workplace first aid courses awarded by Highfield Qualifications. Group discounts are available, and all courses have a maximum size of 12 to ensure quality, hands-on learning.

Adult Basic Life Support & Automatic External Defibrillator
RQF Level 3
(3 hours) – £45pp
Learn essential CPR and defibrillator use for adults in a fast-paced, practical session. Ideal for anyone wanting core lifesaving skills with confidence. -
Adult, Child, Infant Basic Life Support & Automatic External Defibrillator
RQF Level 3
(4 hours) – £50pp
Gain the skills to deliver CPR and use an AED on adults, children, and infants. Perfect for parents, carers, teachers, and community responders. -
First Aid At Work With E-Learning Module Included
RQF Level 3
3 Days (1 Day E-Learn) - £180pp
A comprehensive course covering all workplace first aid needs with blended learning. Includes CPR, injuries, medical emergencies, and advanced scenarios. -
Emergency First Aid at Work
RQF Level 3
(6 hours) – £60pp
Covers essential first aid skills for the workplace, including CPR, bleeding, burns, and emergencies. HSE compliant and ideal for any workplace role. -
Emergency Paediatric First Aid
RQF Level 3
(6 hours) – £75pp
Equips you to handle emergencies involving infants and children with confidence. Ideal for parents, childcare professionals, and schools. -
Full Paediatric First Aid With E-Learning
RQF Level 3
12 Hours (6 Hours E-Learning) – £90ppIncludes 6 hours of e-learning plus a practical day for full paediatric certification. Meets OFSTED/EYFS standards for nurseries and schools.

Hi, I’m Scott Spencer, owner and lead trainer at Favour The Brave First Aid.
I’m a qualified first aid instructor, ex-British Army soldier, and operational police trainer. I hold First Response Emergency Care Level 4 and regularly provide medical cover as a first responder across the South.
I founded Favour The Brave to inspire confidence, skill, and the determination to act when others freeze. I’m committed to delivering engaging, high-quality training that leaves you capable, confident, and ready to save lives.
